HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Every video project is different but there is some general pricing on our services page. We try to work within everyone budget.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY VIDEOS DONE?
Most projects we will have the finished video delivered to you 2 weeks after your shoot date. Wedding videos take 4 weeks or less.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE?
Yes. All clients receive an estimate. When the estimate is approved it will be turned into an invoice.
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
You will receive an invoice before your shoot date. It has an encrypted electronic payment processing feature that keeps your info secure. You can also pay by check or cash. You will be given a receipt for your own records.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
All clients are required to pay the full cost up front.
ARE THERE ANY CAN CANCELLATION FEES?
If there is a cancellation you will be refunded 100% up to 5 days before the shoot. Afterwards there will be a 10% cancellation fee plus any rental or venue fees incurred.
DO I GET A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL FOOTAGE?
Each client has the option to request a copy of the original footage. Client must provide storage devices preferably a solid state drive.
DO I OWN THE RIGHTS TO MY VIDEO?
Client retains the rights to their video. Breaking Phoenix retains the right to use any footage recorded for promotional purposes. We also use music that is licensed for commercial use on all social media platforms.

WHAT IS THE BREAKING PHOENIX CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?
Clients can expect the following phases:

Phase 1 - A 15 minute phone call to get to know you and see how we can best accommodate your needs.
Phase 2 - A 1 hour strategy session where we go over all the details of your project including date, time, location, talent, script, props, editing, and how to distribute the video.
Phase 3 - Shoot day. We shoot for 2 hours and get all relevant clips to be used for the final video. (Longer shoots are available upon client needs).
Phase 4 - Post production. This is where we edit the video using all creative elements including videos, photos, titles, voice overs, transitions, motions graphics, and high quality compression. We value editing suggestions from our clients to make the best possible finished video.
Phase 5 - Video delivery. We typically distribute video digitally through google drive but can send through drop box or other means. We will also recommend how to best distribute the video to get the most views!
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH STARTUPS AND NEW COMPANIES OR CAN YOU HELP OLDER, MORE ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES AS WELL?
We specialize in working with small to medium sized businesses and organizations. We do our best to accommodate everyone's needs and budgets. Most of our projects start at a competitive $750 per project which is an all inclusive price including:

All 3rd party software
All post production effects
All license free music
Includes travel fees (unless outside of the greater Sacramento area)
